Mangalitsa pork is a heritage breed originating in Hungary that are prized for their marbled fat and incredible taste giving them the reputation as the Kobe or Waygu of pork. These pork shanks are from pigs raised outside on grass and in the woods where they forage for much of their food each day. These are happy pigs leading a natural life and make for better tasting and better quality pork.
