Our Cheshire Smokehouse Heritage Bacon a treat for those who want an old-fashioned breakfast (or lunch! Or dinner!) experience. Each belly is hand-rubbed with an all-natural blend of salt, brown sugar, and spices—then cured for seven full days. After curing, the bellies are smoked with real hickory wood (not liquid smoke) and sliced to 12-14 count thickness. We do this, as we say, simply For the Love of Pork. **Contains nitrites**
