These are thicker cut and larger than our standard chops. Mangalitsa pork is a heritage breed originating in Hungary that are prized for their marbled fat and incredible taste giving them the reputation as the Kobe or Waygu of pork. These are the perfect chops for grilling, frying, or baking. They are about 3/4in thick and raised in the woods and pastures of Coon Rock Farm. These animals never see the inside of a barn or concrete floors. They spend their entire lives in the sunshine.
