Mangalitsa pork is a heritage breed originating in Hungary that are prized for their marbled fat and incredible taste giving them the reputation as the Kobe or Waygu of pork. This is our standard bratwurst recipe but made with 100% Mangalitsa pork. These hogs are raised in the woods and pastures of Coon Rock Farm. These animals never see the inside of a barn or concrete floors. They spend their whole lives in the sunshine.
