Heirloom Hardneck Garlic is not your normal grocery store garlic. It is closer to wild garlic, with more pungent and complex flavors. Hardnecks do not store as long as softnecks—which why you don't see them in stores. The bulbs are dry but not fully cured so it should be used within a few weeks. You get two bulbs in each order.
