This turkey stock is made by using bones from free-range, heritage breed, pasture raised heritage breed turkeys. It makes for a rich stock that is finished with allium aromatics and bay leaf to add extra of savoriness. No salt added. Stock comes frozen. Just defrost and use. Defrosted stock keeps for a week in the refrigerator.
