Our shrimp sausages are one of the most unique items we offer. Pork casings stuffed with shrimp, herbs, and spices are perfect for the grill or for adding to soups, stews, and sauces. The smoked kielbasa is a great addition to shrimp or fish and grits.
Shrimp are marinated with all ingredients and spices overnight before being ground and stuffed. The sausage hangs overnight to cure the casing and is then smoked with apple wood to be fully cooked and ready to heat & eat. We recommend this sausage grilled, in a sauce or stew, or sliced cold for a charcuterie board or sandwich.
