Our Pickled Carrots are made from fresh carrots in small batches with no preservatives. These are taqueria style pickled carrots with just the right amount of spice! They are perfect paired with tacos, tostadas and nachos or on the side with a southwest entree.
Valley Brook Farms LLC is a family owned award winning maker of gourmet pickles and preserves. Our handmade products are made in small batches from the finest ingredients available. We started our business in 2018 on our family farm in Browns Summit, NC where we have our own vineyard, berry farm and fruit orchard.
