Each bag contains of a whole chicken carcass including breast bones, ribs and back plus enough necks and feet to make a 2.5lb bag. This collection of bones has lots of meat left on the bones and the addition of a foot gives lots of healthy gelatin. Sustainably raised, free-range chicken comes from the French label rouge style birds. Due to USDA rules, this product is only available in NC.
