This chop is from hogs raised in the fields and woodlots of eastern North Carolina. It is perfect for grilling, baking, sauteing, pan-fried or any way you like your chop. Our farmers are members of the North Carolina Natural Hog Growers Association and are Animal Welfare Approved. We never use growth-promoting antibiotics or added hormones, and grow our own non-GMO crops for feed.
