Our Orange Marmalade is a bright and fresh tasting English style spread with the candied peels blended in. It is a lovely blend of fresh oranges, lemons and pineapple with just the right amount of sweet and tart. This marmalade is delicious on biscuits, toast and makes a great glaze for chicken.

Valley Brook Farms LLC is a family owned award winning maker of gourmet pickles and preserves. Our handmade products are made in small batches from the finest ingredients available. We started our business in 2018 on our family farm in Browns Summit, NC where we have our own vineyard, berry farm and fruit orchard.
