Our Flying Pepper Salsa Picante is a spicy blended salsa made from fresh ingredients with just the right amount of jalapenos and a dash of habanero pepper. We added a splash of Fair Game Flying Pepper Vodka for an extra kick. This salsa is great when poured over a baked pan of enchiladas or of course served with tortilla chips. We even like it on our scrambled eggs!
Valley Brook Farms LLC is a family owned award winning maker of gourmet pickles and preserves. Our handmade products are made in small batches from the finest ingredients available. We started our business in 2018 on our family farm in Browns Summit, NC where we have our own vineyard, berry farm and fruit orchard.
